From brushing teeth and getting dressed to bedtime\, transitions\, and big feelings – when we understand how play supports cooperation and emotional regulation\, everyday moments start to feel lighter and more connected. 🐸 Join Frogs in Mugs for a playful\, science-backed parenting workshop. We leave behavioral tools behind (time-outs\, reward charts\, artificial consequences) and focus on what supports our children’s long-term emotional and cognitive development 🌟 What we'll explore together: The Science Bit: Rooted in attachment theory and play research\, we’ll look into how empathy creates trust\, and how play acts as the ultimate "battery charger" for the brain. From Struggles to Snuggles: Use a playful lens to turn stressful transitions (bedtime\, mealtime\, leaving the park) into bonding moments that get results (and giggles). Play Styles: Get curious about your own play preferences and strengths – we help you find what feels natural and doable for you. Froggy Ideas: You’ll leave with simple playful ideas to use right away – plus a quick peek into the Froggy Play Library for everyday connection at home. 👋 This workshop is for you if: You’re parenting young kiddos (though it’s never too early or too late to set a playful tone!).
