You learn the traditional craft by his side\, choose your leather\, learn embellishment techniques\, and make your own Appenzeller belt from scratch.\n\nWhen it happens\nThe workshop takes place on June 13\, 2026.\n\nProgram schedule\n07:00 – Meet at Zürich HB\n09:15 – Workshop begins\n12:00 – Train to Wasserauen\n13:00 – Cable car up to Ebenalp\, lunch at Berggasthaus Aescher (cliffside inn)\, hike down through alpine meadows to Seealpsee\n18:30 – Return to Appenzell\, collect your finished belt\n19:00 – Optional farewell drinks with the group\n\nPrices and entry rules\nCHF 480 per person.
