RELATE Space is a group practice in Basel where you explore embodied connection, authenticity and mindful presence with others. Through guided exercises in pairs and small groups you learn to feel more grounded, communicate clearly, recognise relational patterns and stay centred in challenging moments.
Location: Grenzacherstrasse 10, 4058 Basel. Ring the bell at "Praxis", enter and come to the first floor.
Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.
Cost: 30 CHF, bring exact cash or TWINT.
