Film screening of 'Nadharer Bhela' (The Slow Man and His Raft).

Following the screening, there will be a virtual interaction with the cast and crew, including lead actors Ritwik Chakraborty, Amit Saha, and director Pradipta Bhattacharya.

The film tells the story of Nadhar, a middle-aged man in rural Bengal whose slowness makes him an outsider. After his mother's death, he joins a travelling circus where his condition becomes a public spectacle. This drama explores themes of slowness, dignity, and living out of step with society.

This is a not-for-profit screening to support independent filmmaking.
