Outdoor strength and HIIT class on the NORS terrace, led by certified trainer Gizem Baruk. The mat-based workout targets glutes, legs and core with strength circuits and HIIT intervals, using booty bands. All equipment is provided. Afterwards, a breakfast picnic on the terrace with overnight oats, chia seeds, homemade granola, fresh fruit, and a choice of specialty coffee, matcha or cold drink, plus a freshly baked cinnamon roll from NORS.

What to bring: a towel, a water bottle, a light sweater or jacket (April mornings can be fresh on the terrace once you stop moving). Toilets available in the basement to freshen up or change before/after class. Limited to 15 participants.
